Science National Honor Society: The SNHS is hosting Science Days at local elementary schools. A volunteer opportunity for everybody, volunteers will do experiments, demonstrations, and teach kids about science! COL (Ret) Philpot: Our Cookeville High Veterans Program will be on Thursday, November 9th, in the CHS Auditorium. There will be two Programs at 5:30 and 7:30 PM with a reception between the two in honor of a great Americam Military Veterans. The event is organized by our CHS JROTC with participation by the CHS Band, Chorus, and Speech and theater. The community, students, and faculty are invited: and, most importantly, our area’s wonderful military Veterans.read more
