Release of Spring 2017 Report Cards

PCSS will be sending 2017 Report Cards electronically this year via School Messenger. To ensure that we have all contact information correct in the system, there will be a delay in the release of report cards.  This is a secure process. Please take the following steps to help us.  Check your email address in your student’s contact information in PowerSchool.  If you don’t currently have an email address on file, contact your child’s school with that address. Report cards will be sent as soon as all information is verified. Our goal is to have all report cards released by the end of May.. If you do not have current access to email, you may send a self-addressed envelope to the school or go by the school to pick up a printed copy of the report card once they are released. As we close the 2016-2017 school year, PCSS would like to thank all parents and guardians for your support throughout the school year.  The success of our students hinges on our partnership with our families, students, and the community as a whole. Have a safe and wonderful...

Final Exams Schedules

Good afternoon. CHS will conduct final exams Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, exams for 1st and 3rd blocks or periods 1,2,6, & 7 will occur. On Friday, exams for 2nd and 4th blocks or periods 3,4,8, & 9 will occur. Congratulations to those students who have qualified for exemption based on their attendance and academic performance. We are taking the following measures to protect assessment time and the safety of our students. If students wish to leave school following a required exam, parents must send a note to allow students to leave prior to 12:30. Notes must be turned into the attendance office that morning to allow sufficient time for verification. Once students begin a testing session, they must remain in the class until the session is over. We will not call into classrooms for student check out. We are taking this measure to assure uninterrupted assessment time. We will not allow checkouts by phone. Thank you for your assistance.
