Counselors – 2018 Governor’s School applications are available online. Google 2018 Governor’s School. You will need to print off the application. Applications and recommendation letters must be turned in to your counselor. Fine Arts applications are due to your counselor by Oct. 22. All other applications will be due to the counselor by November 19th.
Lori Strode – Attention TN Scholars! There is a volunteer opportunity on Saturday October 27. Quawana’s Coats is Putnam County’s largest day of community service. Text Shaquawana Wester at 650-0115 to be added to the list of volunteers. You can receive hours for donations as well as volunteering the day of the event. See Ms. Strode for more details.

Counselors – Just a reminder that Tennessee Tech University’s scholarship deadline is quickly approaching – December 15th! Students must be admitted to Tech and then apply for scholarships through their ScholarWeb account to be eligible for admissions and departmental scholarships. Scholarships are competitive and not guaranteed.
Counselors – TCAT will be here next week, Oct. 25th, at CAV time. Lab 224 is reserved for Stacey Johnson to assist seniors wanting to attend any TCAT to complete their application. They have changed their format so apps will need to be completed again.
