Jill Myers: Attention Cavs! Homecoming has been moved to February 9th. This will be Spirit day so dress in Cavalier colors, attend the pep rally, and come to the game to support your Cavalier basketball teams!
Darlene Hatcher: Sophomores and Juniors who applied to Governor’s school! If you receive an email of acceptance or for the waiting list, please let your counselor know.
Lori Strode: Students interested in participating in the “Show Child Advocacy Center Some Love” stuffed animal drive should bring stuffed animals to Ms. Strode in the 2nd floor Counseling Center between now and Feb. 12.
Robin Ford: Students, are you interested in a tour to Europe during the summer of 2017. Want to stand inside of the historic Colosseum, tour famous Roman ruins, and eat Italian pizza and gelato in Rome? Come to the board outside Ms. Ford’s room-156 and pick up information regarding our trip. We will hold a meeting to discuss our destination on Tuesday, February 16th at 6PM in Room 156.
Colonel Philpot: The CHS JROTC will be sponsoring a collection project in support of the CHS Food Pantry Project. We request all CHS Students that can possibly particpate to do so by bringing in non-perishable food items to school and placing them in the various collection boxes located near the entrances of the main office, commons office, and the academic offices on all 3 floors. Collections will continue until March 2. Thanks to all for looking out for your fellow CHS Cavaliers.
